Итак, еще 2 магазина прекратили доставку в Россию

Первый это Computeruniverse. При попытке разместить заказ, через некоторое время Вам придёт письмо следующего содержания

 

 

Dear Customer

We're very sorry to have to inform you that after long and careful consideration we've had to reach the decision that we're no longer able to ship to destinations in the Russian Federation.

We welcomed the business of our valued Russian customers very much, but lately too many parcels have been delayed, damaged or were even completely lost in transit, contents have been replaced (stolen) somewhere on the way, or parcels never arrived at all. Even though the parcels and their content were packed and shipped correctly, we have unfortunately received many complaints along these lines in the past few months.

And although all shipments are insured properly, the process of the investigation and hopefully receiving compensation from the international postal services has unfortunately proven to be quite ineffective and insufficient in many cases, not to speak of the disappointment of our customers who had been looking forward to receiving their orders.

Unfortunately we currently see no alternative shipping method to the Russian Federation that may be more secure, and the losses and the work related to the unsuccessful deliveries unfortunately outweigh what we can earn from the complete business by far (even considering all orders that have been delivered successfully so far!).

Thus we regretfully decided to stop shipping to destinations in the Russian federation, even though we value our Russian customers very much indeed. We must humbly ask you to understand that this has no personal implications whatsoever, but is just an economical necessity.

If you still had an open order with us, it unfortunately had to be cancelled because of this. In case you've paid by PayPal a refund has been carried out immediately. If you chose credit card payment instead, your credit card has not been charged, as we charge credit cards upon shipping only, so a refund is not necessary. Any reservation for the resepctive order from the credit card limit (made during the authorization of the card) will expire automatically.

We thank all our Russian customers for their business in the past and hope for your understanding in this matter.

Есть хорошая новость.

CU вроде как возобновил доставку в Россию. Сам сейчас заходил проверял, появилась цена за доставку.

А цена никуда и не исчезала, как и Россия. На след. день должны прислать "письмо счастья".

Не не не, я проверял. Страна оставалась, но не было цены и писали, что нет доставки. А сейчас как и раньше все стало.
Одному юзеру с форума который заказал товар в то время когда они прекратили шипить в Рашу, сейчас прислали письмо что вновь открыли доставку. Я попросил его выложить текст письма. Посмотрим, надеюсь так оно и есть.

Вот текст письма, которое прислал CU чуваку : "Dear Customers

Two days ago we've had to inform you about our decision to stop shipping to the Russian Federation for the time being due to too many logistical problems. We have received much feedback, most of it sad (we were sad, too), but also mostly very kind, understanding an encouraging. Thank you so much for that!

The good news:

Due to recent developments, which were completely unexpected for us as well, we'll be able to resume shipping to your destinations again much earlier than could have been anticipated! We have already opened the "Russia" destination in our shopping cart again and hope that our plans to avoid logistical problems in the future or to at least keep them to a minimum will work out and we'll be able to continue! There may still be some changes to the shopping cart for shipments to Russia in the future though.

The slightly bad news:

We must ask those of you whose orders have been cancelled due to the earlier decision to reorder online on our website again, as we unfortunately can't reinstate the orders manually. We hope that you'll still be able to appreciate the good news above and this is only a minor drawback.
