Dec. 29th, 2011 12:07 amРазместил заказ в End. Как обычно попросил занизить инвойс. На следующий день получил два письма - сообщение об отправке и ответ из службы поддержки. Цитирую:
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately we are no longer able to undervalue any shipments. UK law states that we must include all commercial invoices which show the correct values for all purchases and that they must match our invoice totals held here with the company.
We apologise that we cannot help any further with this issue.
В переписке заверили, что уже не раз отсылали в РФ посылки с полной таможенной стоимостью, и проблемы возникали лишь в случае отправки очень дорогих вещей. Сообщили также, что могут отправить и Royal Mail’ом, но только на следующей неделе. В общем, отправили все же Федексом, заверив, что все будет олрайт...
